Founded by Paula Jackson (previously known as Paula Paredes) a Texas creative and mom of three—Luxe Airé grew from a bakery counter into an event studio known for bold, intentional, camera-ready design. We’ll review your request and respond within 48–72 hours with an invoice that includes a full event breakdown, requested add-ons, and delivery/setup details. Please note that we do not provide mockups, as each Luxe Airé installation is a custom design crafted with professional expertise, and visual drafts require an additional fee.
Schedule a Call
After receiving your invoice, you may schedule a brief call to review the details, address any questions, make minor adjustments, and ensure everything is finalized to your satisfaction.
Secure Your Date
To reserve your event date, full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice; after this window, the date may be released to other clients. Because each design is fully customized from vinyl lettering and balloon colors to backdrop finishes and preparation all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
